RA-Core uses individual user accounts and role-based permissions. Each role defines which modules, screens and actions are available, so a storekeeper, an accountant and a technician each work with the information that relates to their job, and nothing more.

A record of who decided what
Purchase requests, payments, leave and other documents move through the approval steps you define, and every decision is recorded with who made it and when. Accounting entries keep a link to the document that produced them, which makes reviews and audits simpler.
