RA-Core offers two deployment options: in the cloud, or on-premises on servers your organisation controls. Which one you use, and who looks after the servers, is agreed with KMK during the proposal stage so that it fits your IT policies and the way your teams work.
If your organisation has specific requirements — for example about data location, backups or access from outside the office — raise them in your first conversations with KMK, so they are covered in your proposal.
