About this notice

This notice explains how KMK handles information sent through the RA-Core ERP website. It will be updated if our practices change.

Information you send us

When you book a demo or contact us, we receive the details you enter in the form, such as your name, phone number, company, email address and message. We use them only to respond to your request and to arrange the demo.

With the form we also receive where your visit started: the first page you opened on this website, the website that sent you here, any campaign tags in that link, and the last product or industry page you viewed. This helps us understand what you are interested in. We keep form messages until they are no longer needed to answer you and follow up; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, and only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.

With your consent we measure the pages you visit, your approximate location (country and city), the type of device and browser you use, and the fact that a form was sent. We never send the contents of a form, such as your name, email address, phone number or message, to Google.

Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider, and it may be stored and processed outside Egypt. Detailed analytics data (individual visits and events) is kept for 14 months, the retention period set in Google Analytics, and then deleted; only totals remain in reports.

You can change your mind at any time: choose "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page and select Reject. Analytics stops straight away and its cookies are removed from your browser.
