What is RA-Core ERP?
An integrated business system that runs finance, HR, operations and facility management on one database, in Arabic and English.
Who sells and implements RA-Core?
KMK, based in Cairo, Egypt, sells RA-Core and handles implementation, training and support.
Can we use RA-Core in both Arabic and English?
Yes. Each user chooses Arabic or English, and documents print correctly in either direction.
Which industries does RA-Core serve?
Eleven industries, from facility management and manufacturing to healthcare, real estate, trading, retail and education.
Facility management
4 questions
What does RA-Core Facility Management include?
Assets and locations, preventive and corrective maintenance, technician scheduling, inspections and maintenance costing — all inside the ERP.
How are preventive and corrective maintenance handled together?
Preventive plans create visits on schedule, helpdesk requests become corrective work orders, and both land on the same technician calendar.
How do maintenance costs reach the accounts?
Parts issued to a job reduce stock, and labour and subcontractor costs are charged to the right building, project or cost centre.
Can technicians receive and close jobs on their phones?
Yes. Technicians use the RA-Core mobile app to receive work orders, record what was done and close jobs on site.
Modules & features
4 questions
How many modules does RA-Core have?
31 modules, organised in ten solution families.
Can we add modules after go-live?
Yes. New modules join the same database, so they start with the customers, items, employees and assets already in the system.
Do the modules share the same data?
Yes. All RA-Core modules read and write to one database, so a record entered once is available everywhere.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The RA-Core mobile app gives field teams, approvers and managers access to work orders, approvals and dashboards.
Implementation & support
5 questions
How does an RA-Core implementation work?
In six phases, from discovery and scope to support after go-live, delivered by the KMK team in Cairo.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the modules, the data to migrate and the number of sites. KMK shares an indicative plan once the scope is agreed.
Can you move our data from our current system?
Yes. KMK helps you prepare, clean and load master data and opening balances as part of the implementation.
What does our team need to provide during the project?
A decision-maker, a few key users with time to take part, and the information needed to set up and test the system.
What training and support do we get?
Role-based training in Arabic or English before go-live, and a local support team in Cairo afterwards.
Pricing & licensing
4 questions
How is RA-Core priced?
Your quotation reflects the modules you license, the number of users, your companies and branches, any POS registers and the implementation scope.
Why are prices not published on the website?
Because every business needs a different mix of modules, users and services, so a fixed price list would rarely fit.
Do we pay for modules we don’t use?
No. You license only the modules you need, and add others when you are ready.
How do we get a quotation?
Book a demo or contact the KMK team. Once your needs are clear, KMK sends a written proposal.
Technical & data
4 questions
Does RA-Core run in a web browser?
Yes. Users work in RA-Core through a web browser, and field teams also use the mobile app.
Where is our data hosted?
RA-Core runs in the cloud or on-premises, on servers your organisation controls. KMK helps you choose the option that fits your IT policies.
How is access to data controlled?
RA-Core is built for high security with role-based access: every user signs in with their own account and sees only the screens and data their role allows, on the web and the mobile app.
Can RA-Core connect to our other systems?
Because all modules share one database, far fewer connections are needed. Any other integration is reviewed and agreed with KMK for each project.
