How is access to data controlled?

RA-Core is built for high security with role-based access: every user signs in with their own account and sees only the screens and data their role allows, on the web and the mobile app.
RA-Core uses individual user accounts and role-based permissions. Each role defines which modules, screens and actions are available, so people work with the information that relates to their job.
The same permissions apply on the mobile app, and approvals keep a record of who decided what. Your roles are designed with the KMK team during implementation.
