Enter it once, use it everywhere

In RA-Core, a customer, an item, an employee or an asset exists only once. Sales, purchasing, inventory, payroll, maintenance and accounting all read and update that same record, so there is no second copy to keep in step and no debate about which version is correct.

What changes for your teams

When every module shares one database, much of the everyday friction between departments disappears:

• A goods receipt updates stock and the supplier balance in the same step
• Payroll costs reach the general ledger without re-keying
• Spare parts issued to a work order leave warehouse stock immediately
• Reports from different departments start from the same figures

Every figure can be traced

Accounting entries created by operations keep a link to the document that produced them. When someone asks where a number came from, finance can open the invoice, receipt or work order behind it instead of searching through exported spreadsheets.

Fewer interfaces to look after

Separate systems need connectors, and connectors break when one side changes. Because RA-Core modules are built on the same database, adding a module does not mean building a new interface, and your IT team looks after one system rather than several.
